Is there anyway I can filter a pods element list, but have the filter styled as buttons or radio buttons instead of a dropdown? Any help appreciated!!!

    Thanks,
    Astrid

If the context is a field in wp-admin on the post, term, or user edit screen, a field of type relationship can be styled as Radio Buttons under the Relationship Options tab when editing the field.

Selection Type should be Single Select, in which case radio will be available for Input Type for all relationship fields, which can be a relationship to any data type or a list of items defined with text, depending on the value selected under Field Details > Related Type.

If that is not the type of field or output context you had in mind, feel free to elaborate with more details on what exact field type you mean by pods element list, and what the context of output.

I am talking about filtering on the FRONTEND. Pods Element List is the name of the widget (Gutenberg) that I use to display my data on the website. In the settings there is an option for “activate filter” and then I can type in the field name that I want to filter for. This filter will display on the FRONTEND site as a dropdown selection. I would much prefer radio buttons or checkboxes than the dropdown.

    Thanks,

Sorry, lost in translation. The name of the block here is Pods Item List.

No, it’s not easily changed as far as I know.

There are many filtering plugins. http://facetwp.com is the most thorough. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/search-filter/ is another.
