Hi guys, i am using the filterable gallery widget and when i add all my items, only 2-3 items are working.

    e.g. i added
    1. restaurants
    2. residential
    3. clinics & salons
    4. offices & shops
    5. pool & landscaping

when i click on the controls, only 1 and 2 categories are working. The remaining categories are not operating properly. Does anybody know how to fix this issue????

  • Hello @sabrinemas

I’m not entirely sure if this is something that we can help with, as we do not have control over the Elementor plugin.

Did you try getting in touch with them for more information on how their software works like?

Also, one sensible test that you may want to do is to temporarily switch the theme to the default 2021 theme. If the issue reproduces on there, it will fully confirm that this is an Elementor problem, which its developers will be able to fix from their end.

    Thanks!

hi @cteduard, thanks for the quick response. I actually figured it out, i had “pool & landscaping” as the control title and for some reason when i changed it to “pool and landscaping”, it worked. Removing the “&” fixed the issue.

However, now im facing another. It automatically has “all” as the default control. This i would like to remove as it shows too many elements on the home page. I’d like to only have the category controls, maybe having “residential” as the default instead of showing “all”.

    any solution for this?

    Hello @sabrinemas

    That’s great to hear! 🤝

However, I’m really sorry, but like previously said – we cannot provide support for other software. It would be required to get in touch with Elementor directly for more information on how their software works like.

    Thank you for understanding!
