I have a filterable gallery on this page with roughly 26 items. If i try to have more than 6 items shown on the initial loading screen every item following the 6th item does not load in the correct format. For example: I the gallery loading in at 3 columns if i load 9 items, the first 6 look correct, then the 7th, 8th, and 9th item are all condensed into 1 column.

Second issue is I cannot get the load more button to appear. I have it turned on currently and it does not load at the bottom of the page.

Gallery has been working great for the last couple months, and only glitched out since i added a new item today/rearranged the order of items. I thought it was a cache issue so reset cache, loaded page in private, tried this url https://beardguitars.com/artists/?nocache=1 and tried a different browser/device.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

  • Hi @benbeardguitars ,
    Hope you are doing well.

Thank you so much for sharing the detail with us. I have checked this widget and the settings on my end but didn’t find such an issue with the Essential Addons for Elementor version 5.4.1. I have set visible items to 10, and it shows 10 items at first, then after clicking on the load more, it shows the rest of the items that don’t break the column and shows properly. So, the load more button is working properly after enabling it from the setting. Please check this screencast: https://d.pr/v/bVs9sj

Will you please tell me which version of Essential Addons for Elementor plugin are you using on your end? Please update the Essential Addons for Elementor plugin to the latest version 5.4.1

After updating the plugin, please try doing the following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw

Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d

If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.

Let me know how it goes.
    Thank you.

    Hi @benbeardguitars,

That seems strange. Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia or Twenty Twenty. And, check back as well.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you!

Sorry– i was not able to resolve it and was away on a business trip. I am just going to remake the page, and hopefully that resolves the issue.
