It seems like caching issue. Can you please try doing the following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw
Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d
If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.
After doing all, if you will have the same issue, please provide me with your page URL where you have used the Filterable Gallery widget. It will help me to check and then I will get back to you.

Well, I have reproduced the issue on my end as well. Actually, it happens only when you have disabled the Filter options from your Gallery. So it’s a bug.
However, really sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing now. I have assigned our dev team to fix this issue. They will work on it. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.
Then I will get back to you soon with the update as well. Hope you consider it and allow us some time to fix this.
Note:- In the meantime, You can temporarily solve this by enabling the filter options.
