Filtering a Group Based Upon Field Value

Is there a way to filter a group based upon the value of a field?

I have an entire group that is irrelevant if identified as such. I have a field assigned that does this. Can I use this yes/no field to filter the displaying of that group? I don’t see any if/then operators in the shortcode filters.
