Filtering by product attribute doesn work!

    Hello ,guys.
    first of all i have to say thank you for your great plugin,
    i am working on a website as a developer ,they have a WooCommerce website,and installed version Of Woof,
    when i enabled the filters just price filter works ,and Attribute filters like Color and Size does not work,
    can any body help me ?
    i checked this but its not works for me :

    I cannot see this attribute filters with any other similar modules ,also ..
    what can I do?

    Hey,Thank you for fast reply.
    I was just disable to check if it works with other plugins..
    I will now take it back to the website,of course its not the original website and its a staging server to test,but its all the same as original live site.
    The price filter works fine in live site but The color and Sizes are not showing at all,
    we have lots of product with color and size attributes ,and also products are automatically loaded from Ebay Websites.
    this plugin is a premium but purchased by another developer working on the site in the past , so i have not the code canyon logins.
    I am waiting for your reply.

    Hello! I am having the same issue with the step by step filter. The plugin doesn’t output the query result when product attributes are in the filter. The plugin only outputs the result when the price is the sole filtering option.

    Hi , Do you just support purchased plugin ,I didn’t see any reply on topic any more.
    also i have to add My WooCommerce version is 3.0,whats the most compatible version of Woof commerce product filter with this version of Woocommerce?
    Do i need to update ?and if i cannot update the woocoommerce what can i do Instead?
