ACF Theme Code Pro isn’t a plugin for creating specific results — it’s a code generator that produces code to render ACF field values in your theme templates. What you build with the generated markup is completely up to you and you could use the field values to build a UI that acts as a filtering system but you would need to write all the interactivity, request handling, and query filtering yourself.
If you need to do this without writing code yourself, you might want to check out search & filter style plugins.
