• I have trouble getting the filtering to work with WooEssential.

It’s missing the shortcode it says.

Everything else seems to be working.

    Can someone assist?

    Hello,

Please explain better what exactly do not work on your site?
Filters not displayed on page or it is not filter products?

    Issue Summary:

I’m experiencing integration issues between BeRocket AJAX Filters and the WooEssential product grid module using Divi. The filtering functionality is not initializing correctly.

    Details:

    • When the shop page loads, the BeRocket AJAX Filters initialization function does not seem to be available.

    • In the drop-down interface on the page, the option for the shortcode shows as “not available,” while the other three options are marked as available.

    • As a result, the filters do not work as expected and the product grid does not update when filters are selected.

    Questions:

Could you please advise on any configuration steps or modifications needed to ensure that the required BeRocket shortcode becomes available and the filtering functionality initializes correctly?

    Hello,

It seems WooEssential product grid module use own custom query, you can try to setup this module to use default WooCommerce query, then it must work correct.
Or you can try to add shortcode [brapf_next_shortcode_apply] right before products module.

If module use some custom query implementation instead WordPress WP_Query class, then filters will do not work.

    Regards,
    Oleg
