filters disabled / wrong functionality for some filters

the filters works wrong – see https://esero.spaceacademy.cz/materialy/ (all the settings are default, no special code and it is a standard twenty twenty-two theme and wiget is inserted using [fe_widget id=1] shortcode)

if you click e.g. the first filter in Cílové skupiny group (1. stupeň ZŠ) you cannot turn it off as it becomes disabled. You can then click the second or third filter and turn it off, but you cant turn off the first filter. If you manualy delete disabled=”disabled” from the field, it works again

With second group (and some others)- Předměty – it works normaly, you can turn on and off any filter.
With third and some others, it has the same problem as the first group.But if you then click the first filter, you are allowed to turn off other filters.

All the filters – custom taxonomies – are the same – generated with the same function, just the name&items are different
