Filters do not work

When I choose a newsletter series and then click the filter button, it does not filter properly, sometimes it says there are no newsletters. Very inconsistent and not sure what it is filtering, often I get a list of another one with others chucked in as a bonus. This is the only fault of an otherwise good software package.
