Filters doesn’t show on mobile layout

    Hello,

    I have problem with plugin “AJAX products filter plugin”, filters doesn’t show on phone and the “mobile” view in browser tools at all.

    Plugin developers doesn’t have any solution, they says it’s a bug in template, but I can’t get any answer from them too… do you guys have any idea why is that happening?

    Hello,

    Do you use single sidebar or it is different sidebar for desktop and mobile?

    It’s single sidebar called “Shop sidebar”.

    “Kategorije proizvoda” is woocommerce widget, and it’s showing on mobile layout, but searchbar above Categories and filters below Categories are created in Advanced AJAX Product Filters plugin, and they doesn’t show.

    Plugin developer says “It seems your theme duplicate widgets on page for mobile devices, that cause this issue.”

    Hello,

    Yes, it seems theme duplicate widgets, but plugin remove all duplicates.
    Plugin do not have any way to work correct with duplicated widgets.

    Exactly, and I can’t find any solution…

    Hello M,

    I understand your willing to fix this asap but what can we do? You need to fix it with theme developers.

    Maybe you could try some workaround like installing plugin that add custom sidebars. Hard to say. Best option is to make it work correctly in the theme ofc.

    It would be great if I could get the answer from them, but nevermind, I guess we’ll have to try with some other filter plugin or whatever..
