Can anyone please help me?

I have installed Themify Product Filter but it is not working… it doesn’t filter. When I click in a specific attribute, nothing changes…

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Just checked your site. It doesn’t seem to be using Themify Product Filter. If you’ve removed it, could you create a dev site where we can see the issue? Try to disable all other plugins except Themify Product Filter and WooCommerce.

Same thing happening to me. I want to filter my products by color, but when I click on the swatch nothing happens.

Same issue here.
Using this plugin in Divi theme.

Filters placed in Divi sidebar-module and products shown by category in Divi shop-module.
The filter seems to ‘see’ all categories and doesn’t do what is expected, filter by attribute.
