Final Payment: Gift Card Value Not Calculated

    Hi!

    I’m using the free version.

    On the Checkout page, I see:

    • The Subtotal is shown as the product value (e.g., $50).
    • The Gift Card value to be deducted (e.g., $20).
    • The Total (which is the product value minus the Gift Card value) (e.g., $30).

    When I proceed to payment (Complete Purchase) through the Mercado Pago platform (Argentina), it uses the Subtotal value (e.g., $50) instead of the Total value (e.g., $30).

    The Gift Card value is not being calculated.

    How can I fix this?

    I was thinking:
    Could this be a problem with the Mercado Pago plugin?

    Hi,

    Yes , it could be a plugin conflict. It could also be an issue with the order in which some of the hooks are be running. I will need addtional information to troubleshoot.
