Just a separate topic to inform that in the end we got the recurring payments to work as it is claimed it does. Nonetheless, if you start testing, do not use 1 day renewal period (which we did not get to work) but it started to work with 2 days interval as a minimum period and no grace period. Follow ( now better) documentation strictly.

This does not mean that all issues are solved, but the mainstream seems to work now.

    To the authors: please check

    • the toggle setting: setting “User can not cancel “-> in My Account Sbscriptions, detail subscription data it still is possible.
    • we get an email to renew in 3 days time but this email should not be sent if renewal is automatic

I’ve taken note of all this and added it to our priority list. You’ll receive an update regarding these issues soon.

Thx, please add to your list

    • the fact that on cart and checkout page the VAT is not included in the price when shown in the additional information about “recurring payments”, that is, at least when Woocommerce settings show prices entered without VAT but shown on frontend with VAT. Now users get confused as they see different pricing for the first purchase and its recurring payments ( btw I’ve checked that price with VAT is charged on recurring payment although being shown without VAT).
