Find a rental plugin

I would like to create a website that allows guest to be registered as users, as a registered users, they are allow to post out details and picture of their available rooms for let depending on the locations individually.

May I know, is there any free plugin that enable wordpress to allow users to log in and start posting details all in front-end and not in wordpress administrative dashboard.

It is not necessary has to be a rental plugin, I am actually looking for any sort of plugin that enable guest to registered as users and able to post in the wordpress website through frontend.
