Find and replace links?

    Hi,
    I have about 800 posts, a lot of them with links to pages on my dreamweaver-created site. I am now consolidating some of those dreamweaver pages and want to know if there is a good plug-in for finding and replacing the links in wp to the new links? Does this make sense?
