Sadly at moment no – never thought anyone would have 2800! – that’s unmanageable!
I also wanted to reduce support caused by people adding ‘fields’ without knowing how they were named and stored in their data and then complaining when it perhaps didn’t match with the data, so it works better to work off their data first. Possibly you are using S2member advanced or something similar that is creating ‘keys’ that shouldn’t be?
Try excluding metakeys as per https://wpusersplugin.com/4147/exclude-meta-keys-delete/
This screen became necessary for reasons described in the page and may help reduce what comes as a ‘field’.
