There isn’t a way currently for you to look up comment subscribers, this can be done by the user themselves if the visit this page:
https://subscribe.wordpress.com/
and put in the email address they subscribed with.

Then I can hand out this link if somebody has problems receiving emails. I just had the idea of looking up the person to check, if she is subscribed.
But then she has to do it by herself.
That’s correct – you can send them that link to check what they’re subscribed to.

Hi,
is there a way to see the names of comment subscribers in Jetpack? I can see email subscribers, but not those, who want to get informed when a new comment is written.
I just have problems with one not getting my mails and want to look up, if she is in the database.
