Find equivalent page on another language with Javascript

I’am creating a grid using a plugin wich force me to put href permalink for every image wich is axactly what i need.
The problem is when i use the same plugin with another language the image link redirect me on the first language wich is not what i want.

The first way to counter it would be to reupload those images to link them to the pages with the second language and create another grid with those new images.
The second way, the one i want to use, is to manually change those href with javascript on the page but the problem is that i don’t know how to access the equivalent page on another language with Javascript.

Maybe there is another way that i don’t think.

Hope anyone has a solution for me
