Find redirect Plugin

It simple, that I want to find a redirect plugin that can redirect any external link in my blog post. Example, in my post have link: http://ww.wp.xz.cn. I want when reader click in this link, the browser address is http://myblog.com/?redirect=http://ww.wp.xz.cn or anything like this. That’s all.
