Finding but not replacing

I’ve used the plugin for over 3 years, so I know to uncheck dry run and I understand case sensitivity

as of this week text is found in wp_posts but not replaced when i try to replace it

I have the same issue with “Insyd search & replace” so i am thinking that maybe there is some sort of database or index corruption issue?

any pointers appreciated
