Finding the login routine

I’m not actually sure I’m at 2.8.6 because I don’t see the version info on the page. I recently upgraded and during the upgrade discovered that the theme I was using did not work properly in the new WP version. So I used the theme switcher to switch back to the standard (original) theme. That did seem to work.

Now the problem is that I don’t see how to login to the dashboard. There doesn’t seem to be a “meta” section or a “log in” link on the homepage.
