Finer Grain User Capabilities

    Is there any way (or plans to add a way) to provide users with finer grain permissions?

    For example, we would like to grant certain users permission to approve events in specific “categories” or “locations” but not others. Is this something that can be accomplished now or being considered as a future feature?

    Hello,

    Sorry but currently those are not available at the moment. There might be a chance to have a similar Feature in the future. But currently, We can’t provide any specific date on when it is.

    Those permissions are also not available by Default on WordPress. You might however be able to do it with 3rd party plugins that controls permissions per Taxonomy/Term.
