firefox issue

    Hello,

    I’m using this plugin in WordPress 4.7.5.Every things is ok except one case. When I check my website in firefox browser my banner doesn’t show but X(close) sign has shown.

    Chrome doesn’t have any problem regarding that!

    How can I solve this issue?

    Hello,

    Can you share the link to your site so we can check where the issue may be coming from? If it’s browser related then it’s probably some CSS issue.

    Hi,

    I’ve just checked your site on Firefox and it did show the close button so it has to bee something local.
