    Hi,

    As I see, this support is for the premium version of the plugin and you can use the premium support from https://hidemywpghost.com/contact/

    Here are some situations when the headers are not set correctly:
    – If you are using a CDN like CloudFlare, the headers may be changed by the CDN server and ignore the headers you set on your website.
    – If you use a Apache server and another security plugin is changing the .htaccess headers you set in HMWP Ghost.
    – If you use a Nginx server and the config was not set correctly like in the tutorial:
