firewall and sql injections

    Hi

    I’ve activated iThemes Security on all my sites, but at X-Mas 3 of them went compromised.

    1. username has been changed (not password)
    2. index.php has been changed (with terrorist propaganda)

    Now I’m wondering if I would need more security like firewall, Content Security Policy and something against sql injection? Does iThemes Security provide this?
    Or should I install some more security plugins like sucuri or wordfence?

    My knowhow about all this stuff is not so good. thanks for your help.
