Firewall Blocking

    I was on my website doing work and the Cleantalk Firewall blocked me. I had a few customers tell be they too have been blocked. Is there a way to “soften” the firewall? Something in the settings that is blocking too much?

    Hello,

    Please check the Traffic Control value here:

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings tab

    You can try to increase it up to 2000.

    Okay, let’s see how that works. I know the site is still being attacked on a regular basis and it’s a fine line for access and security.
