    Hello csigncsign,
it sounds like Wordfence is unable to save your configurations. As a first measure could you try disabling and then enabling the plugin again?

yes, I’ve already done this. I’ve also disabled all other plugins.
Wordfence don’t let me save the disabling of firewall, and I cannot save it, if I set the setting to “learning mode”.

    Hello,
could you possibly check your servers error logs and see if we can get any clues from there? The error logs are usually available via your hosts web administration panel.

    Hi,

my error log is empty. I have moved to a new hoster 2 weeks ago and still there is no error mentioned in the server’s error log.

Thanks. You already said that in your first message I see now. Sorry about that! If you check in the root of your site can you find some Wordfence WAF definitions in .htaccess and/or a file called .user.ini?

    yes, I have them.

    Hello again,
sorry for the late reply. We have recently expanded this page in our documentation. Could you have a look at it and see if anything helps?
