I can see that your site is hosted on Digital Ocean, and we have many happy customers using WP Staging on the same host. I have seen you use the plugin WP Remote Firewall may have blocked WP Staging.
Please check if there’s an option to whitelist WP Staging in the firewall settings or contact WP Remote Firewall support to confirm if they have blocked the plugin for any reason.
