    Hi there,
    I’m writing this as I have been using the plugin for so long, yet recently my hosting company firewall keeps rejecting it, and everytime I need to start a migration I have to contact them to disable the firewall of the hosting as whitelisting the IP of the site I’m trying to migrate from doesn’t work.

    Any advice will be highly appreciated.

    Hey!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have a list of Public IPs that we use for our Migrations which you can find here -> https://migrateguru.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/33000252866

    Can you ask your Hosting company to Whitelist these IPs on the Firewall? This way you would not need to disable the Firewall before running a Migration.

    Let us know if you run into any trouble after Whitelisting the IPs.
