As of this morning (March 23 2020) I was unable to access my website due to the following warning messages.

Another user by the name of Michel Fortin also posted on this issue today.
He received a response to delete the plugin. Do you have any other recommendation on how to remedy this situation?

At the moment I have disabled the plugin all together. Do you have an ETA on when this issue will be resolved or how it can be resolved so that we can still use your service?

    Thank you in advance.

I had this same issue as well.

    1) Had to go into settings and select the checkbox to fully delete if uninstalled. 3)Uninstalled the plugin and then I still had to 4)remove the folder manually in the plugins folder.

5)Then I added it back fresh and the issue is gone.

Did you try to re-save the plugin’s settings? If this didn’t help try to uninstall the plugin with “Complete deactivation” option enabled (WP Admin -> Settings -> Security by CleanTalk -> General Settings tab)? Then delete it and install the latest version.
