Firewall will not work

The firewall will not work and the hosting company said to contact you

As I said before about this site not working under the WAF, I tried excluding these files and directories from the lock

wp-content/plugins/astra-portfolio/*
wp-admin/includes/file.php
wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php
wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php
wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ssh2.php
wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpsockets.php
wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-base.php
Based on this error the site is showing when locked down:

Unfortunately, that didn't help - you will need to consult with the Astra Portfolio plugin developers for help in this issue, as it's that plugin which appears to require write access to work.
