first data loaded doesn't disappear

On first load when you put in a tracking number, next to the url a # appears which means when you put in another tracking number, the new data loads below the first on. Then it works perfectly after that. Can you please have a look and tell me what I’m doing wrong or if it’s a theme issue? It doesn’t happen every time, only sometimes…
