Hello @joax ,
Please upload the backup file manually to the destination site, and then run Restore. You can manage all of this from the plugin section “Manage & Restore Backups”.
Alternatively, you can download the backup using WP File manager or similar plugin, or FTP tools. If the backup download fails, please check max execution time on your website, it should be 300.
Kind regards

Yeah.. the thing was that I wasn’t able to download the zip and thus couldn’t upload it..
I ren into the same problem on another one of my sites and I cleaned it up with Wp-Optimize and afterwards it was succesfull.. I’ll try the same on the other one and I’ll report back 🙂

Hey @joax ,
If you could not download the backup from the original site where you made the backup, it could be that it times out. Check out the website limits there, and, if needed, increase them.
You can also provide a debug log from the source site:
Please navigate to plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the button:
Share debug infos with BackupBliss team
And here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm
