First/last name parameter doesn’t work

Hello,
Thank you for your amazing plugin ! Everything is working great, except one detail : The first and last name parameter doesn’t work for the New User Registration mail, but it does show for the confirmed email.

And last question, I have a custom field (Mr or Madam), would it be possible to add it on the email template ?
