First Name Last Name separate fields?

    I just installed and set up OptIn on my new site…and when I ran a sample submit I realized MailChimp receives the name as all the first name of the recipient. On the email I got as a result of this test it shows my name as all the first name…which looks like a mishap instead of spot on.

    I’ve read through all the support questions you’ve answered and would love if you had a tip to allow me to offer a first name area and then a last name area separately.

    Hi EGS,

    Optin Forms is built for one name field only – in case of MailChimp, the data gets saved to the First Name field. If you need to separate the first and last name, you would need some custom development done.
