First Open setting not working

I am having an issue with one of the accordions I use on our website. I use the accordion on the news page so that a visitor can select news to view by year (the page is in Japanese but look to the tab names in year).

I added 2025 to the accordion I created last year, and although the “Accordion Mode on Load” is set to “First Open,” the 2024 tab (second one from top) is open upon loading, not the 2025 tab. When I added the 2025 tab, it was originally inserted at the bottom, but I moved this up to the top, so this should remain open under this setting, right?

I tried switching to “All Open”/”All Folded” and back to “First Open,” I cleared caches, I moved the order and brough the 2025 tab back on top, but it’s not fixed yet.

Does anyone know why this happens? How do I fixed it?
