    Hello,

Is it possible to exclude cancelled orders from First Order conditions?

    Thank you.

  • Hi
    Thanks for reaching out.

When the first order discount is set, it will work when the customer logs in or when he enters his email at checkout.
Here is the guide with an example scenario: https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/4206683-how-to-provide-first-order-discount-2-0

Note: When customers enter their email ID during checkout, the system automatically checks their email against the orders in the system. If there is no order from the given email ID, then that particular user will be eligible for the first order discount.

At the moment, it is not possible to exclude based on orders.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I want to use the Total Spent condition as in the attached image instead of First Order (excluding cancelled orders)? Do you think it will work?

    Total Spent conditions

    Regards.

    Hi @fatihyilmazer

In that case, you can give it a try using the condition with Total Spent : Less Than or Equal to and enter the amount as 0.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks

    Hello,

I solved the first order conditions problem. “Less than or equal to 0” does not work but “Less than 1” works. Also, I used “numbers of orders made” instead of “total spent”.

    Regards
    Fatih

    Happy to help @fatihyilmazer 🙂
