First order discount

    I have created coupon for first order. If I am applying it in cart page it says that coupon successfully applied, but it does not change subtotal and it does not work. But when I enter the coupon code in check out page it says coupon already applied and it than changes the price and it works.

    Hi,
    Thanks for reaching out.

    When first order discount is set, it will work when customer logs in or when he enters his email at checkout.

    Note: When customers enter their email ID during checkout, system automatically checks his email against the orders in the system.If there is no any order from the given email ID, then that particular user will be eligible for first order discount.

    Hence discount will be applied only after checking email address in checkout.
