First small problems with make

It did my first steps with the make theme the weekend.
I made some pages concerning Hamburg on discount-car.de.

Now I have three questions:

1. On the first page I´d like to link the pictures and texts like “Der Hafen” and “St. Pauli”, but I can´ select these items to create a link. What should I do ?

2. On the page Musical (http://discount-car.de/?page_id=14) I get a really big video, which is very nice. But on the page Theater (http://discount-car.de/?page_id=34) I integrated it the same way and have just a small video. That´s wrong ?

3. On the page Hafencity Test 2 (http://discount-car.de/?page_id=78) I integrated a nice banner with my photos. On the page Test 4 (http://discount-car.de/?page_id=87) I wanted to make it the same way, but now the photos are not in the same line, but under each other. What´s wrong ?
