First time, 50 second delay, second visit, no delay.

I need to show a button only to people who are on the page for more than X seconds or to people who are loading the page a second time.
The ideal would be something that changes the element’s .class and I could animate its entry … etc …
Does your plugin do this or does it know any other that does?
Do I need to work with cookies to display without delay for the second visit?

If your plugin has the condition of how many times the page was loaded I would be able to make 2 buttons.
The first one loads only for those who visited the first time, only 50 seconds after loading the page.
The second load immediately for those who are visiting the second time.
