First time User | Email Body Empty
-
Hello,
I created an email to send out. However, the whole email message is not appearing in my test. I’m only seeing the subject. When I click to view the message I receive a file not found error message.

Follow this knowledgebase article to troubleshoot the father found error.
https://sendpress.com/support/knowledgebase/emails-and-links-showing-404-page/
Hopefully this will also solve your issue with the appearance of the email. If not, please update the form with a screenshot of what the email looks like as well as your support information from your site which you can find here:
http://sendpress.com/support/knowledgebase/what-information-should-i-provide-in-a-support-ticket/
That didnt work and I’m unable to add a screenshot of the page here. Do you know how I can add this? Any suggestions?
Some people use dropbox to post screenshots.
There are some other services if you search Google as well.

Perhaps that knowledgebase article did not work because it is not a page not found error but a file not found there. Tough to say.
Please click the following link for instructions on what info to provide support. You should leave off your domain name from the outlet since this is a public forum.

Here is the direct link to what I’m seeing: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rhor8du48gb3lm5/Screen%20Shot%202014-05-19%20email.png
Also, this is a screenshot of the email that I received when I sent the test to myself: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3pv9c7h3c4qw53w/Screen%20Shot%202014-05-20%20at%2011.13.43%20AM.png
Thank You!
Could you provide that support info? I have seen this one other place and I believe it is the tinymce plugin inserting bad HTML. Emails end up blank if you insert an image but not if just text. The support info will tell us which plugins you are running.

Thanks. Could you also link a screenshot to the sendpress edit email screen for the blank email. One from the visual tab and one from the text tab?
Could you also try sending an email with just text and no images?
Hoping this will narrow things down.
Here is the screen shot: http://jmp.sh/FGsmq4m
When I removed the image I received the same errors.
I am suspicious that there is some sort of theme or plug-in conflict. Could you perhaps try deactivating mail poet. If that doesn’t work, try this knowledge base article for narrowing down a plug-in or theme conflict.
https://sendpress.com/support/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-plugin-and-theme-conflicts/
The HTML in the newsletter looks good, and I haven’t seen this issue before unless there was something in the HTML.
Let me know how that goes and hopefully we can figure this out.
