    I have tried to use this plugin and for an event select the FirstData checkbox. When i go back to the events page the firstdata checkbox is unselected.

    I tried this a few times and that’s the only payment option that doesn’t seem to work.

    Also we have the store number and name. But not sure where the unique secret key would come from.

    Confirmed as a bug and fixed here:

    Thanks Franky. Those two items have helped. However when using this plugin once the booking is set, it redirects to /#eme-rsvp-message with a blank page. Could this be due to the first data secret key not being set correctly?

    When the paypal is selected it has a button to pay through paypal, but doesn’t seem to work this way with the first data.

    If the page is blank, then there’s some error to be found in the webserver logfiles. Let me test this too (I tested with some random string for store name and key and that works just fine).

    I can’t reproduce an empty page, so check the webserver logfiles for any hints.

    I think I found the prob: apparently I forgot to add the fdgg subdir to svn, so it isn’t even included in the zip file. So you’re probably getting an error about undefined functions or a file that doesn’t exist or so …

    Thank you. I now get the following, but i think it has to do with the store number not being in their system. WE are contacting first data as the options from your pdf link don’t seem to exist in our account

    The cause of this error could be one of the following:
    Your store is not configured in the system.
