Current theme: Twenty Nineteen (version 2.1)
Current plugin: WP2FA (version 2.1.0)
PHP version 8.1.0

Hey @robert681,

Thank you for your prompt reply!
I uninstalled WP-2FA and reinstalled using the patch you shared.

Parameters:
Enforce 2FA on all users
Grace Period 10 days
Backup Codes

In the end of the setup the windows with Backup Codes closed unexpectedly. I regenerated the backup codes and it’s ok. The plugin is working fine. However, I received an email from WordPress reporting the same error as before.

Let me know if there’s anything I can help to fix this issue.

Thank you for the update. Unfortunately we can’t reproduce the issue. We will need more information from you so we can reproduce this issue, such as the web host’s name, setup etc.

I have just setup a staging website for you to run some tests!
I tried to install WP2FA and it is possible to reproduce the error.
