If you want to make the featured post right images to number 3, then you need to purchase the premium version or use Refined Magazine theme. Refined Magazine theme has 3 post on featured section.

Enable and Disable comment form in the single page is available under the premium version of it. Besides that, you can change the position of comment form either in the top of the other comments or at the buttom of the comments. In addition to that, premium version of the theme has lots of other options to manage your site.
