Fix for missing opening stylesheet comment

Hello Urban Square theme users.

Recently, I discovered a sizeable issue with this theme. I had not noticed that within the time that I was updating that I accidentally omitted the opening comment tag at the top of style.css. This caused the first style rule, a browser reset to become invalid!

If you are using this theme, a temporary fix is to add the opening part of the comment to style.css, like so: /*. I promise this will be fixed in an upcoming update.
