    Hello,

I’ve read your documentation and followed the troubleshooting steps, including enabling the “Fix missing dynamic content” option under Settings → TranslatePress → Advanced.

Unfortunately, this option doesn’t resolve the issue I’m facing: some translated strings from a calculator (inserted via shortcode, built with Cost Calculator Builder PRO) are still not displayed consistently — even though all translations have been manually added and saved.

The translated content is intermittent, especially for strings that are revealed dynamically after user interaction.

I’ve excluded the page from all caching, JS minification, and deferment (including fully disabling WP Rocket during testing). The issue still persists.

Could you advise if there’s any workaround or recommended solution for reliably displaying translated strings from dynamic content?

    Thank you,
    Best regards,

    Hi,

Do you mean the translations are not displayed and you see the original content?
Could you send me a direct link and screenshots where to highlight the issue?
Also, please be sure to not be caching issue. Clear your cache or check into an incognito window.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi,

Yes, the issue is that original (untranslated) text is shown instead of the saved translations, but only for dynamic content that appears after user interaction (e.g. clicking to reveal fields).

Some words and phrases are translated immediately when the page loads, others take a few seconds to appear translated, and some never show their translations at all. This behavior seems completely random.

I’ve already cleared all caches, tested in incognito mode, and even fully disabled WP Rocket, same result.

    Hi,

As already mentioned in the subject and explained in the first message, I’ve already tried enabling the “Fix missing dynamic content” option, but unfortunately it didn’t help.

Do you have any temporary fix or script that could help with this issue while waiting for a more permanent solution?
