    Note added to your {site_title} order from {order_date}

    This generic email is used for both Orders and Subscriptions, so it shows the Created Date, which is fine for Orders but not for Subscriptions. Imagine customer confusion when their Subscription says “Note added to your {site_title} order from 19 April 2023” on their current still active subscription today in 2 may 2025..

    This isn’t a bug created by Kadence, this is a bug created by WooCommerce subscriptions. Just wondering if you can fix somehow, or maybe should just be reported to Woo Subs?

    Hi @technicalx ,

    You’re absolutely right—this behavior can be confusing for customers.

    Just to confirm, have you checked the WooCommerce default emails after deactivating the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer? If it is still showing the wrong date, then it is definitely the issue with the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.

    It would be best to report this directly to the WooCommerce Subscriptions team so they can consider refining how dates are handled in emails specific to subscription contexts.

    If you have any other concerns related to Kadence, please inform us, and we are always here to assist you.

    Regards,
    Archita
