As that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
Thanks James ive tried, but they want me to buy the theme/plugin again to get support, may look for a free theme to play with.
I just wondered if anybody who was using canvas had come across this issue before.
anyway sorry to bother you guys.
Did you purchase the theme from WooThemes in the first place? If so, you would have been given an account with access to their support resources.
Yes i did, and i do have an account, and got free support as promised when purchased, but they have since introduced licencing and now i have to purchase a licence which is the same as what i originally paid, to get any support. The theme, when i bought it advertised free support. I only have this little issue and thought one of the wizards on this forum may help me out, they (woo)wont help me without paying so hey, times are hard ill just put up without a fixed mobile background.
Don’t worry though James, its not life or death, many thanks for your time though and i shall take heed your advice regarding posting further questions regarding paid/ commercial products. I must say though this forum has been a fabulous help to me in overcoming little issues regarding wordpress, it really is a brilliant resource for us amateurs
Kindest regards
Ok, if someone has any ideas, I’m sure they’ll stop by.
