Fixed Background on Mobile

    I’ve been struggling for at least 3 months trying to figure out how to enable a fixed background on my site: frc4322.com using this theme. I have not been able to do that without causing the contents of the site to become fixed, but not the background image. For now I was able to disable the image on mobile (just shows the color underneath), and enable it on desktop only.
